We are asset light on purpose. The network is the company, so who is in it is the most consequential decision we make.
The asset light model
We own the standard, not the fleet.
Owning vehicles and property would make us rigid, expensive and slow to cover a second country. Instead we build relationships with the people who already do those things well, and we take responsibility for their work in front of the client. That is a harder promise to keep than owning the asset, which is why selection is deliberate and every partner is reviewed against the same standard, continuously.

What we ask of a partner
Selection is deliberate, quality is never compromised, and growth must preserve the experience. In practice that means we check the property, ride in the vehicle, and meet the person who will actually be there on the day.
