What we collect
When you send a request through this site we store the name, email, phone number, location, travel details and message you provide. We also collect anonymous usage statistics.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to your request, prepare a proposal and, if you agree, keep you informed about Lumaya. We do not sell or rent your data.
Who can see it
Lumaya staff handling your request, and the service providers strictly necessary to deliver it. Providers receive only what they need.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for three years from your last contact with us, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by writing to contact@lumaya.africa. We respond within 30 days.
